Belton Woods Golf, also known as De Vere Belton Woods, is a spectacular four-star lakeside hotel located in 475 acres of rolling Lincolnshire countryside. The Lakes and The Woods, two championship golf courses, are accessible at Belton Wood. Both have different golf challenges and can be enjoyed by golfers of all abilities. The Woods Course is the shorter of the two, but it's far from easy. You'll be on your way to a good score if you carefully manoeuvre around the natural hazards and plot your way around the course. At Belton Woods, the Lakes Course is the longer course, presenting a completely different challenge for you to enjoy. With lakes protecting many of the greens' approaches, you'll need to navigate the course with finesse and experience. The difficult 9th hole is over 600 yards long, making it one of Europe's longest.
Belton Woods also has a 9-hole “Pitch and Putt” course, which is great fun as well as a great way to keep your short game in shape so you can score well on the main courses. The majority of the holes are about 100 yards long, making it ideal for practising wedge shots.
Alternatively, unwind in the Claret Jug, which has fantastic views of the Lakes course and serves homemade food and local ales.
